Case Report 6 - Adult Male age 44 initial age of onset 15 Years
Initial Symptoms: Slight indentation in left cheek. Patient had experienced trauma to face in past through sports.
Progressive Symptoms: Over several years, indentation became deeper and the skin color changed to a shadow like appearance. The area appeared worse during times of stress and fatigue. The bone was not effected.
Within past 4 years, microsurgery using skin flap and vein from arm was placed in left cheek. A tuck to the cheek area and liposuction were performed post surgery to reduce bulk of implant and provide the best possible symmetry to face.
